English — How to Brew Ama Coffee
Whole Beans vs. Ground Coffee
Whole beans stay fresh longer because the aromatic compounds are locked inside until the moment you grind. For the best cup, grind just before brewing. Our pre-ground coffees are milled at the ideal fineness for their intended brew method and are vacuum-sealed immediately after grinding to preserve freshness.
Espresso
Use a fine grind — the coffee should feel slightly coarser than table salt but finer than sand. Aim for a 25–30 second extraction time. If your shot runs too fast, go finer; too slow, go coarser. Adjust your grinder one step at a time.
Moka Pot
Use a medium-fine grind — finer than drip filter but not as fine as espresso. Do not tamp the basket; fill loosely and level off. Use low-to-medium heat and remove from the stove as soon as the flow starts to sputter.
Filter / Pour-Over
Use a medium grind (coarse sand texture). Pour slowly in a circular motion, allow a 30-second bloom with a small amount of water, then continue pouring in stages.
Fresh Grinding
Grind immediately before brewing for peak aroma. Freshly ground coffee begins losing volatile compounds within minutes of grinding. If grinding in advance, store in an airtight container away from light and heat, and use within 24 hours.

Deutsch — Wie man Ama Coffee zubereitet
Ganze Bohnen vs. gemahlener Kaffee

Italiano — Come preparare Ama Coffee
Filtro / Pour-Over
Macinatura media (consistenza di sabbia grossa). Versare lentamente in movimento circolare, lasciare in infusione per 30 secondi con poca acqua, poi continuare a versare gradualmente.
Macinare fresco
