it was created to satisfy the needs of those who desire an intense and creamy coffee, all made from high-quality coffees. La Perla Nera Gourmet, with its blend of coffees, produces a very compact and persistent crema in espresso.

Composition

The blend contains the following coffees: 60% Arabica (Colombia Huila, Guatemala Antigua, Brazil Mogiana, Honduras) and 40% Canephora (India Parchment and a fine African Robusta).

In the cup

In espresso, it offers a rich, dark hazelnut-colored crema with a fine texture, good body, and hints of bitter cocoa and spices. Our tests have proven that it holds the cream for over one hour after the espresso cup is prepared.

Recommended blend for espresso and moka pots.
