Ama Premium 100% Arabica Blend – Whole Beans Coffee

Ama Premium 100% Arabica is the queen of our blends!

It's interesting to note that, despite being made exclusively from Arabica coffee beans, it offers a remarkable body and smoothness as an espresso, 
thanks to the natural Brazilian coffee. 
However, what makes it truly unique as a blend is its remarkable aromatic complexity, thanks to the washed coffees, which evolve rapidly on the palate after the first sip, thus providing those privileged to taste it with a unique experience.

Composition


All coffees are roasted individually to maximize their flavor. The blend contains the following 100% Arabica coffees (Brazil Cerro Alto, Colombia Huila, Guatemala Antigua, Ethiopia Sidamo, and Uganda Bugisu).

In the cup

As an espresso, it features a supple golden/tiger-colored crema. 
As mentioned at the beginning, the body is remarkable, with hints of white fruit, peanuts, and dried fruit clearly perceptible on the palate.

This blend is recommended for all brewing methods, but especially for espresso and moka pots.
