Return & Refund Policy — Ama Coffee

At Ama Coffee, we take pride in the quality of every bag we roast and ship. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery (in line with Swiss and EU consumer rights). To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
